Key Responsibilities

•Own the overall execution of the project according to the Project Plan with the goal of on-time delivery.
•Direct project personnel including Order Administration, Engineering, Drafting and Plant Project Coordinators for correct sequential processing of project items.
•Monitor and track project progress and submit milestone status reports to stakeholders.
•Coordinate submission and receipt of approvals for project deliverables such as Inspection and Test Plans, drawings, manufacturing procedures, and certificates.
•Ensure project invoicing is completed per contractual agreements and assist finance in resolving invoicing discrepancies; implement change order processing.

•In-depth knowledge of control valve products and bill of materials processing.
