Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and configure Talent Management, Learning, and Recruiting Cloud modules within Oracle Fusion HCM and ensure alignment with client goals
  • •Manage talent lifecycle processes, performance cycles, learning programs, and recruitment operations across multiple AMS engagements
  • •Deliver high-quality managed services support, including incidents, service requests, and enhancements, and drive continuous improvement
  • •Lead end-to-end implementation and post-go-live support for Oracle HCM modules and integrations with Core HR
  • •Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to align talent strategy with workforce planning and ensure policy compliance

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years experience in Oracle HCM Talent, Learning and ORC modules
  • •Strong AMS experience: Incidents, SRs, enhancements, configurations
  • •End-to-end implementation + post-go-live support
  • •Experience in performance cycles, hiring processes, and learning programs
  • •Understanding of Core HR integrations
