  • •Provide technical consultation on production strategy based on event goals, scope, and vision.
  • •Oversee the design, setup, and configuration of control room elements to deliver high-quality client events.
  • •Determine required hardware and production assets, and oversee testing and quality control of equipment before events.
  • •Direct and support production operations such as audio mixing, robotic cameras, virtual platforms, graphics, video playback, streaming, lighting design, and teleprompter execution.
  • •Execute virtual events on platforms like StreamYard, Wirecast, and VMix, and troubleshoot client production facilities/control rooms.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in event production, broadcast, video production, or a similar field.
  • •1+ years of experience in onsite, virtual, and hybrid live events.
  • •Studio production and event experience, including control room equipment (video switchers, audio consoles, robotic cameras, video playback software).
  • •Knowledge of virtual production and meeting platforms.
  • •Experience with production environments and tools such as Ross; switchers/routers (Ultrix, Carbonite, Ultra); audio systems (Yamaha, Dante, Shure, intercom); and post-production software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
