•Document point-to-point verification, validate sequence of operations, and complete job close-out requirements.
•Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing equipment and systems at the customer’s location.
•Coordinate with team leaders and customers to understand installation and repair requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on-site work.
•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Trane products and enforce safety standards while recording asset use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

•Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations.
•Previous experience with DDC (direct digital control) controls systems is preferred.
