Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the investment advisory teams in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, attracting and retaining investment professionals.
  • •Provide player/coach investment advisory services to select clients, including day-to-day portfolio advisory aligned to goals and risk profiles.
  • •Oversee complex cross-asset investment idea generation, portfolio management, execution, follow-up, and risk monitoring of IA mandates.
  • •Partner with coverage teams to acquire and retain IA mandates, including pitching, resolving client investment issues, and jointly owning advisory KPIs across AuMs and revenues.
  • •Publish and maintain focus lists and ensure client instructions are processed from idea sharing to booking trades while tailoring portfolios and suggesting rebalancing as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10+ years of experience in a similar environment in investment advisory/investments.
  • •Excellent knowledge of financial markets, capital markets, equity and fixed income analysis, asset allocation, portfolio construction, and risk management.
  • •Solid understanding of investments business, asset classes, fund structures, and investment processes.
  • •Knowledge and experience in products sourcing and investment industry management.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance (or Master’s Degree) or an industry qualification; CFA/CPA (or equivalent) is an advantage.
