Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform controllership activities supporting US legal entities, reporting to an SDL and partnering with controllership and regulators.
  • •Protect and assure financial statement integrity by proactively eliminating controllable financial risk and exposure.
  • •Prepare and review US GAAP financial statements, including trend analysis, variance analytics, and commentary.
  • •Prepare and review regulatory submissions and related SME submission support; perform specialized accounting procedures including reconciliations.
  • •Support M&A activity affecting US legal entities, including formation/set up of Oracle entities, integration governance, and ongoing process quality/change control.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of Finance, Accounting & Reporting experience.
  • •Knowledge of US/IFRS/Ind-AS GAAP and upcoming GAAP modification impacts.
  • •CA/CPA or equivalent professional qualification preferred; a degree in Finance/Accounting is an advantage.
