Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership and drive customer issues concerning InfiniBand/NVLink switch deployments from inception to resolution.
  • •Develop features and tools for solution engineering efforts supporting NVIDIA Enterprise Service offerings.
  • •Work with enterprise customers and internal teams to improve availability, reliability, and customer experience for NVIDIA Networking products.
  • •Provide independent analysis, communication, and problem-solving to improve customer experience.
  • •Collaborate with engineering to document, recreate, and solve issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: PLN 230,250 - 487,500

Key Requirements

  • •BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •10+ years of system software development and troubleshooting experience, ideally with some customer-facing work.
  • •Experience developing C in kernel and/or application space and/or embedded software.
  • •Hands-on troubleshooting and analysis of datacenter networking protocols/technologies (e.g., LACP, OSPF, BGP, EVPN, VXLAN).
  • •Professional-level communication and interpersonal skills with a passion to solve problems.
