  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving branch performance through leading, coaching, and managing teams.
  • •Drive branch business development and revenue growth for Small Business and Mass Affluent through appointments, outbound calling, prospecting, and client strategies.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics, including completion of required team training.
  • •Oversee human capital decisions including interviewing, selection, hiring, workforce scheduling, development planning, annual performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • •Promote Truist’s Purpose, Mission, and Values in the branch and strengthen One Team culture through partnerships with IRM and operations partners, including community involvement to build the Truist Brand.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training or experience.
  • •Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise (or equivalent experience/performance).
  • •One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
  • •Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, prioritization, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment (including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS background check).
