Job Summary

Complete high-quality mechanical design work within the Building Services discipline under supervision of project delivery teams. Support on-time delivery of projects by performing detailed designs to relevant standards and authority requirements, conducting checks and reviews, and ensuring health & safety is embedded in day-to-day work. Help meet statutory and regulatory needs, contribute to sustainability efforts, and collaborate in team and project meetings while supervising engineers and CAD technicians.

Key Responsibilities

•Support delivery of high-quality projects on time.
•Carry out mechanical discipline detailed design work to relevant standards and authority requirements.
•Conduct required checks and reviews of your own and team designs.
•Ensure health & safety is embedded in work practices in line with company policies.
•Supervise, coordinate, and support other project engineers and CAD technicians while ensuring QMS and project lifecycle compliance.

Key Requirements

•BEng/BSc (Hon)/B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of experience in consultancy organizations.
•Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•Experience with associated discipline software such as HAP, Hevacomp, or IES.
•Middle East experience (desirable).
•Familiarity with Middle East local codes/standards (desirable), such as DEWA, DM, DCD, or SEWA, and exposure to green building design requirements (desirable).
