Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions for strategic customers on the DataRobot Professional Services team. Translate business goals into high-impact predictive and generative AI applications, including agentic AI, custom GenAI chatbots, and RAG systems. Serve as a technical expert across MLOps, model governance, and scaling, while communicating outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fully remote with client travel up to 25–50%.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with customer stakeholders to understand business goals and define technical requirements for AI solutions.
•Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions using the DataRobot platform and open-source tools.
•Develop and deploy agentic AI on DataRobot using frameworks such as Langgraph, CrewAI, and Llama Index.
•Build custom GenAI chatbots and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
•Serve as a technical expert on the DataRobot platform and modern AI/ML development, guiding customers on MLOps, model governance, and scaling while communicating results to technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Requirements

•Approximately 6-8 years of hands-on experience in AI application development, software engineering, machine learning engineering, or a similar role delivering AI into production.
•Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
•Strong proficiency in Python and common data science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy).
•Practical experience with generative AI (LLMs, vector databases) and the end-to-end agentic AI lifecycle using frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI.
•Hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) plus MLOps knowledge for CI/CD, monitoring, and governance.
