HR Coordinator

Support end-to-end HR operations in a fully remote environment, managing the employee lifecycle from recruitment coordination through onboarding and offboarding. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, respond to employee questions on HR policies and benefits, and help ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations. Assist with HR reporting, attendance tracking, and performance review support, while coordinating engagement initiatives and improving HR workflows with HR leadership.
