Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end execution of AI-native products from prototype to scalable production services.
  • •Architect, build, and productionize core AI platform components including LLMs ecosystem and surrounding capabilities.
  • •Architect and productionize agentic frameworks and core agent capabilities (e.g., MCP/cross-platform tool use and web/computer use).
  • •Enforce technical discipline and operational excellence across AI products.
  • •Evaluate and adopt new AI technologies/frameworks, iterating based on performance metrics and user feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive professional experience in backend software engineering with expertise in Python, Golang, gRPC, AWS, and Kubernetes.
  • •Proven track record of owning and shipping complex, production-grade systems.
  • •Experience shipping and maintaining AI-native products/features, or demonstrated passion through significant personal AI projects.
  • •BS/MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent experience.
  • •[Preferred] Hands-on experience with modern AI/LLM tools such as Databricks, LangChain, or MLflow, plus experience with probabilistic systems underpinning LLMs.
