Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management for North America Technology OPEX and CAPEX.
  • •Act as a trusted finance partner to Technology leaders, project owners, and Finance stakeholders on portfolio priorities and financial routines.
  • •Provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights on spend, key drivers, risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
  • •Manage intercompany cost recharges from North America to regional organizations, including allocation logic and alignment to planning routines.
  • •Support investment governance and capital appropriation processes, including business case development, financial evaluation, and approval of Capital Appropriation Requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • •5+ years of experience in FP&A, business finance, portfolio finance, or performance management.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex financial data into business insights and recommendations.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and collaborate across Finance, Technology, and business teams.
  • •Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Tableau, Power BI, SAP, ServiceNow, or similar tools is a plus.
