Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve cloud-based incidents and problems to minimize disruptions.
  • •Configure, install, test, and manage client infrastructure to keep environments operational.
  • •Conduct monitoring checks, respond to alerts, and ensure issues are logged promptly with necessary analysis.
  • •Handle third-line support calls, identify root causes, and provide on-site technical support as needed.
  • •Support quality improvements through incident/service reviews, automation opportunities, and disaster recovery implementation and testing.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience working in a medium to large ICT organization in an engineering function.
  • •Proven managed services experience with strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
  • •Proficiency managing platforms including Windows Server Administration, Linux Server Administration, virtualization, server hardware, and storage administration.
  • •Experience collaborating with vendors and/or third parties to deliver outcomes.
  • •A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology/Computing or equivalent work experience.
