Job Summary

Provide L3 cloud managed services to ensure client environments are stable and highly available. Proactively identify and resolve cloud incidents and problems using monitoring, alert response, and ITIL processes. Configure, install, test, and manage client infrastructure across Windows/Linux, virtualization, servers, and storage. Investigate third-line support issues, collaborate with vendors, and recommend improvements, including automation and disaster recovery testing.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve cloud-based incidents and problems to minimize disruptions.
•Configure, install, test, and manage client infrastructure to keep environments operational.
•Conduct monitoring checks, respond to alerts, and ensure issues are logged promptly with necessary analysis.
•Handle third-line support calls, identify root causes, and provide on-site technical support as needed.
•Support quality improvements through incident/service reviews, automation opportunities, and disaster recovery implementation and testing.

Key Requirements

•Extensive experience working in a medium to large ICT organization in an engineering function.
•Proven managed services experience with strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
•Proficiency managing platforms including Windows Server Administration, Linux Server Administration, virtualization, server hardware, and storage administration.
•Experience collaborating with vendors and/or third parties to deliver outcomes.
•A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology/Computing or equivalent work experience.
