Key Responsibilities

•Supervise all architectural works on high-rise construction projects, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable codes.
•Manage and coordinate site supervision personnel (architects, inspectors, and others) to maintain consistent quality and technical compliance.
•Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, method statements, RFIs, and architectural design clarifications.
•Conduct regular site inspections and witness architectural system testing and mock-up approvals, verifying workmanship, materials, finishes, façade interfaces, waterproofing, and roofing.
•Resolve complex architectural and multidisciplinary coordination issues; monitor contractor performance; close out non-conformance items; and lead snagging, practical completion, handover, and defects liability inspections with complete project documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
•Minimum 12–15 years of professional experience, including at least 8 years supervising construction of high-rise villa projects.
•Lead supervision of architectural works on high-rise projects to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and applicable codes.
•Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, method statements, RFIs, and architectural design clarifications.
•Ensure work meets local authority regulations, fire and life safety requirements, accessibility standards, sustainability requirements, and international building codes.
