Job Summary

Lead the Solutions Engineering function for Inception42’s AI products and platform, connecting customer requirements to executable architectures. Own technical solution strategy across discovery, validation, deployment planning, and production readiness for strategic enterprise and national-scale customers. Partner with Product, Engineering, Delivery, Commercial, Security, Legal, and Applied Science to set standards, build repeatable demo/POC mechanisms, and ensure solutions are positioned and delivered with operational confidence.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Solutions Engineering function across Inception42’s AI product and platform portfolio, setting the operating model, technical standards, and execution rhythm for customer-facing work.
•Own technical solution strategy for strategic customer engagements from discovery and architecture through validation, deployment planning, and production readiness.
•Translate customer requirements, operational constraints, data environments, security needs, and integration patterns into clear solution architectures and implementation paths.
•Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed customer requirements and deployment learnings into roadmap decisions and resolve technical blockers.
•Lead and develop solutions engineering and architecture teams; build repeatable mechanisms for demos/POCs and establish high standards for documentation and solution readiness gates.

Key Requirements

•Senior leadership experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, customer engineering, solution architecture, technical field engineering, or enterprise AI/product deployment.
•Strong technical depth across AI products, software architecture, data platforms, APIs, cloud infrastructure, security, integration patterns, and production deployment environments.
•Proven ability to lead customer-facing technical teams across discovery, architecture, demos, proof of concept execution, validation, and production handoff.
•Experience with complex enterprise or national-scale customers where reliability, security, data governance, procurement complexity, and stakeholder alignment matter.
•Experience with AI-native products and capabilities such as LLM applications, agentic systems, RAG architectures, MLOps, model evaluation, or enterprise AI platforms.
