Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate the Manufacturing Excellence and Smart Factory strategy into a practical, phased roadmap for AAA & BB with clearly defined objectives and success measures.
  • •Own the definition of business requirements for digital and data solutions impacting production; develop user stories, workflows, and functional specifications with Manufacturing Managers, Production, CI, and Engineering.
  • •Define and maintain standard definitions for core production KPIs and establish a single source of truth for production data; lead data quality governance.
  • •Develop dashboards and analytical views to support routine performance reviews and provide insights on trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
  • •Partner with Digital/IT and various functions to translate business requirements into technical solutions; act as Production-side Product Owner for Smart Factory solutions; drive adoption and change management on the shop floor.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Information Systems, or related field.
  • •7–10+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial digitalization, MES/Smart Factory projects, or data/analytics roles connected to operations.
  • •Experience working with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, IT/Digital, CI/OpEx).
  • •Familiarity with Smart Factory, Industry 4.0/SIRI concepts, and production KPI frameworks.
