Lead all aspects of a defined residential region to drive equipment revenue targets, maximize profit and share, and ensure strong customer loyalty. Set regional vision and operational direction, oversee planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and build a high-performing leadership team. Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety, quality, and sales/operations standards while monitoring market and competitor activity and strengthening partnerships with Trane dealers and internal stakeholders to support long-term growth.
