Internal Audit & Transparency Lead

Design and implement the internal audit framework that improves transparency into treasury management, upgrades, and protocol-level risks. Build proof-of-reserve and on-chain transparency tooling, produce regular transparency reports for both community and institutional audiences, and conduct audits of financial controls and deployment procedures. Present findings to the Risk and Compliance Director and CEO, standardize audit documentation for material protocol changes, and coordinate with external auditors for the annual financial audit process.
