Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and manage the employee relationship within respective client groups on end-to-end people matters, advising line managers.
  • •Assist with staffing needs and manage onboarding/orientation for senior hires, including exit interviews and internal feedback.
  • •Drive employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, including regular 1:1 and skip-level meetings and grievance resolution.
  • •Manage people MIS/data requests and maintain employee databases and ongoing reports/analysis for the groups.
  • •Support performance management processes, rewards and recognition (including budgets and iValue program), and ensure policy adherence and compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree qualification in any field.
  • •5–7 years’ experience in Human Resources at both operational and strategic level.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence across stakeholders.
  • •High level analytical ability to support reporting and decision-making.
  • •Sound knowledge of HR areas with experience in international practices (banking/financial services knowledge is an advantage).
