Key Responsibilities

  • •Counsel a small client group (150–200 employees) and partner with HRBPs and coordinators to identify needs and implement improvements.
  • •Create, document, and implement human resources policies, programs, and processes with the broader HR team.
  • •Respond to day-to-day employee inquiries, questions, and complaints.
  • •Facilitate internal transfers, promotions, and exit interviews; identify trends to support retention, career development, and risk minimization.
  • •Provide operational guidance on low-risk employee relations issues, performance management, and core HR functions; implement HR recommendations and train new HR team members on SpaceX systems and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •6+ months as a SpaceX HR Coordinator or 1+ years of professional human resources experience.
