Job Summary

Lead day-to-day distribution warehouse operations by supervising a layered team of operators. Plan and direct daily workflow to meet safety, cost, and workforce requirements, while analyzing productivity metrics and supporting continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with site and LS&Co. standards, develop and communicate performance metrics, interpret cost analysis for workforce action plans, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver DC objectives.

•Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing compliance with federal, state, local, and LS&Co. standards.
•Develop and communicate performance metrics inputs/outputs for continuous improvement, and analyze productivity and cost analysis data to create workforce action plans.
•Present performance results in forums and coach/mentor team members to align activities with DC metrics and company objectives.

•Ability to train, motivate, and lead in a layered team environment with constructive feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
