Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end architecture for delivery of messages across properties (site, emails, SMS, push notifications, and inbound channels) enabled by AI.
  • •Serve as primary technical authority on email governance and evolving regulatory standards, designing and enforcing safety protocols and compliance adherence.
  • •Lead technical strategy to modernize legacy messaging systems into a unified Enterprise Message Delivery platform, including migration and vendor-agnostic build vs. buy solutions.
  • •Implement automations across workflows to avoid expensive migrations and establish engineering standards.
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentorship for engineering teams in the dispatch domain and stay current with industry trends to drive best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 269,100 - 307,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •At least 7 years of experience in software engineering and solution architecture.
  • •At least 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture and design patterns.
  • •At least 2 years of experience deploying and delivering platforms within cloud environments.
  • •At least 1 year of hands-on experience with LLM systems, including RAG or embeddings, prompt or plan tooling, and model governance.
