Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and monitor the delivery of services to ensure quality, timeliness and alignment with client contracts and SLA’s.
  • •Track, measure and report on service against SLAs; identify and escalate potential risks or breaches.
  • •Ensure service delivery activities comply with organisational policies, client requirements and relevant regulatory or contractual standards.
  • •Prepare and deliver monthly client reporting, ensuring accuracy of content.
  • •Identify opportunities to enhance service efficiency, quality and client satisfaction, supporting implementation of improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • •Highly organised with the ability to prioritise urgent tasks.
  • •A can-do attitude with strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel and capable of learning new systems/processes quickly.
  • •Excellent numeracy skills and ability to handle confidential information.
