Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and monitor the delivery of services to ensure quality, timeliness and alignment with client contracts and SLA’s.
•Track, measure and report on service against SLAs; identify and escalate potential risks or breaches.
•Ensure service delivery activities comply with organisational policies, client requirements and relevant regulatory or contractual standards.
•Prepare and deliver monthly client reporting, ensuring accuracy of content.
•Identify opportunities to enhance service efficiency, quality and client satisfaction, supporting implementation of improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
•Highly organised with the ability to prioritise urgent tasks.
•A can-do attitude with strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach.
•Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel and capable of learning new systems/processes quickly.
•Excellent numeracy skills and ability to handle confidential information.
