Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic)

Provide onsite maintenance and repair for company-owned heavy equipment and aerial lifts in Lima, OH. Use laptops and tablets to create and track work orders, diagnose issues using real-time data, order parts, and maintain electronic documentation. Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel repairs with independent judgment, assist with training lower-level technicians, and help with equipment/parts pickup and delivery, with occasional travel to customer job sites when required.
