Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead initiatives to enhance and optimize SAP processes across the organization.
  • •Configure and support SAP modules to align with business needs and enable growth, scalability, and standardization.
  • •Design, implement, and maintain integrations between SAP and external systems (e.g., MES, WMS, CRM, supplier platforms) and troubleshoot interface failures.
  • •Lead SAP-related projects, managing timelines, budgets, risks, and cross-functional coordination across IT, operations, finance, and supply chain.
  • •Translate business requirements into SAP solutions and technical specifications, ensuring data quality and monitoring system performance to drive continuous improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of experience in project management, preferably in outsourcing and procurement management.
  • •Master or Bachelor level in an appropriate science field.
  • •Strong SAP experience (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA) in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • •Experience with SAP integrations (IDocs, APIs, middleware, EDI, or similar).
  • •Fluent English; Finnish is an advantage, with coordination skills across stakeholders.
