Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and deliver differentiated Secondary PE lessons aligned to the curriculum and England National Curriculum requirements.
  • •Develop students’ physical skills, tactical understanding, fitness, confidence, and enjoyment of sport.
  • •Assess, record, and monitor student attainment and progress; provide timely constructive feedback and use assessment data for intervention.
  • •Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment while following safeguarding, health and safety, risk assessment, and emergency procedures.
  • •Support extracurricular sport through coaching teams, organising fixtures and tournaments, and ensuring equipment safety and proper supervision.
