Key Responsibilities

  • •Support commissioning and start-up activities on a major EPCM project for a key client in Chonburi, driving technical excellence and assurance.
  • •Work with engineers and vendors during design to align handover and commissioning activities, troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, and support repairs.
  • •Develop and submit commissioning record (closeout) documentation and prepare pre-commissioning/commissioning procedures in line with the documentation plan.
  • •Supervise site commissioning activities, including P&ID checking (system check/walk-down/punching), mechanical completion, and pre-/cold-/hot commissioning.
  • •Attend pre-start-up safety reviews and interface with the Operations Team for commissioning, start-up, and final turnover of the facility/plant.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or degree qualified in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience).
  • •Supervisory leadership experience with several years supervising people and driving best practice with safety at the core.
  • •Commissioning experience in a relevant industry sector, typically at least 7 years of engineering experience (degree qualified) or 10-year relevant practical experience (trade discipline).
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multicultural project team.
  • •Knowledge of databases, spreadsheets and engineering programs, with proven experience interpreting discipline documentation and reporting progress against the plan.
