Job Summary

Join Workday as a Senior Workday Technical Consultant within APAC Tech Services to design, develop, and deploy Workday integrations between Workday and client systems. Lead data migrations, reporting solutions, and integration projects in HCM/Financials, working with a client team and leveraging Workday integration tech (EIB, Workday Studio). Mandarin proficiency required.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and deploy customer integrations between Workday and adjacent systems.
•Lead data migration activities from legacy systems to Workday and deliver reporting/analytic solutions.
•Apply core design principles, data modeling patterns, and implementation methodology to projects and ensure successful delivery.
•Collaborate with the client’s project team and stakeholders to gather requirements and drive integrations through the full lifecycle.
•Provide leadership in an integration workstream and mentor team members throughout project lifecycles.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience with data migration, integration development, report building, or software development
•6+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design within HCM/Financials domain
•Proficiency in Mandarin is required
•Proficient understanding of the complete software implementation lifecycle — including integrations requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and move to production
•4+ years of experience through all stages of a project lifecycle including requirements gathering, integration design, development, integration testing, and move to production
