Job Summary

Lead the Solutions Engineering function for the Digital Natives segment, owning the technical aspects of the sales process from pre-sales through select post-sales support. Align customer-facing technical teams across the customer lifecycle, mentor a multi-faceted team, and serve as the escalation technical contact for key clients. Partner closely with GTM, Product, Engineering, Research, and Security to drive adoption and technical success.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the technical aspects of the sales process for the Digital Natives segment, including pre-sales and select post-sales technical support.
•Craft and continuously refine the strategic vision for the Solutions Engineering function aligned to company objectives and customer needs.
•Lead and mentor Solutions Engineers through the full sales cycle to enable seamless customer engagement, adoption, and scalability.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Product, Engineering, and Research to align customer engagement strategies.
•Act as escalation technical contact for key clients and advocate for effective, innovative application of AI technologies.

Key Requirements

•Deep technical acumen, particularly in AI and related platform technologies, to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•Experience developing and executing large-scale technical success strategies.
•Proven ability to motivate and steer a high-performing team and foster both individual and collective excellence.
•Experience leading teams across multiple EMEA markets and geographies.
•Strong communication skills to distill complex technical concepts clearly and present effectively to executive-level stakeholders.
