  • •Reimagine and define customer experiences for Enterprise Payments across lending and deposit products.
  • •Leverage AI to scale customer insights and support data-driven decision making while accelerating speed to market.
  • •Partner with product, design, engineering, data science, operations, and business partners to deliver customer-centric payment solutions.
  • •Navigate complex regulatory requirements and mitigate product risks while building scalable payment platforms.

Salary: USD 179,700 - 205,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems) or Business/Marketing (or in process to obtain by the scheduled start date).
  • •Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in any field with at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
  • •Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • •Experience using AI-powered tools and agentic workflows to optimize the product development lifecycle.
