Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the single Contractor point of contact to the COR/CO for the MD 31 task order.
  • •Lead execution across training assistance, HQ support, program surge, and training development functional areas.
  • •Own and manage submission and quality of task order deliverables, including Monthly Status Reports and Training Modernization Plans.
  • •Manage personnel administration and transitions (phase-in up to 30 days; phase-out 60 days prior to contract end).
  • •Ensure compliance with security, OPSEC, and CUI handling requirements, and maintain a zero security-violation record.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Education, Military/Defense Studies, or a related discipline.
  • •8-10+ years of progressively responsible program management experience supporting DoD or federal government services contracts.
  • •Experience managing multi-functional teams delivering training, administrative, or curriculum development support.
  • •Working knowledge of FAR/DARS contract administration, deliverable management, and non-personal services requirements.
  • •Active SECRET security clearance required.
