Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement and maintain the Railway Safety Management System (SMS), including risk plans and analyses.
  • •Continue and consolidate the security strategy for railway operations applicable to the Abidjan metro.
  • •Initiate the Service Major Incidents Coordination Plan.
  • •Negotiate and formalize agreements with local authorities and rescue services.
  • •Establish processes to monitor performance indicators of the transport system.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
  • •Minimum 5 years experience in operational security within the same mission type
  • •Strong knowledge of security, availability, reliability, cost, quality and performance concepts in rail/transit environments
  • •Ability to draft notes, briefs and reports
  • •Good listening skills, rigor, openness, responsiveness and adaptability
