Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end PCB development, including schematic review, layout, validation, and production release.
  • •Lead programs involving multiple PCBs and deliver with support from one or more resources.
  • •Design complex multi-layer PCBs covering signal integrity, power integrity, EMC/EMI compliance, thermal performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
  • •Define stack-ups, controlled impedance requirements, grounding strategies, and power distribution networks; perform SI/PI analysis and simulation.
  • •Drive PCB design standardization, library management, design automation/continuous improvement; mentor PCB designers and support reviews, prototypes, debugging, qualification, and certification activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electrical Engineering.
  • •12–14 years of PCB design experience in power electronics or thermal management products.
  • •Expert multi-layer PCB design using Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro (or equivalent EDA tools).
  • •Strong experience with high power, flex, rigid flex, and HDI PCBs, including high-speed interfaces (DDR, PCIe, Ethernet, USB, SerDes).
  • •Knowledge of IPC standards and safety/regulatory requirements (e.g., creepage clearance, IPC-2221/2222, IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, UL/IEC/CE, RoHS/REACH).
