Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical assistance for Honeywell systems.
  • •Drive preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • •Support system migrations and upgrades, troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives in field services and product development processes.
  • •Travel to customers (yearly average 50%) to provide support and resolve equipment delivery/installation difficulties.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Automation).
  • •ARTS certificate is mandatory.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in Fire & Security field service.
  • •Knowledge and experience in BMS/Fire/Security within the Honeywell product line.
  • •Good knowledge of Microsoft Server, Windows applications, and AD management, plus HSE requirements.
