Job Summary

Lead end-to-end data and analytics initiatives for Agoda’s Finance function. Partner with Finance stakeholders and SMEs to design high-quality data solutions, build data workflows, dashboards and reports, drive data governance, and provide strategic insights to support opportunities across Agoda. Based in Bangkok with relocation for expats, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end data workflows, dashboards, and reports for Finance stakeholders.
•Consult stakeholders to propose the best suited data solutions and drive data governance initiatives.
•Collaborate with Finance users and SMEs to design high-quality data solutions and ensure automated, accurate data processes.
•Become familiar with Agoda’s financial data ecosystem and drive value for the Finance Analytics team and Agoda as a whole.
•Enable efficient data flows, reporting, and measurable analytics that support decision-making across the organization.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience with BI and analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Metabase or similar); 7+ years preferred but not mandatory
•Experience with ETL tools, data modelling and strong SQL/Relational DB skills; ability to write, execute and interpret queries
•Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
•Ability to build end-to-end data workflows, dashboards and reports that are accurate and automated
•Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and ability to influence peers cross-functionally
