Job Summary

Drive sales for water treatment systems and speciality chemicals, exceeding targets while building a strong order pipeline and customer base. Manage reverse osmosis, chlorination, sewage treatment, desalination, and dosing-related offerings, including HVAC flushing and chemical sales. Lead customer outreach, demonstrations, proposal development, technical submittals (P&ID/BOQ), contract finalization, and deal tracking—while supporting design and pricing with customers and principals across the sales lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Exceed sales targets for reverse osmosis, chlorination, sewage treatment, desalination, and related speciality chemicals.
•Develop dosing systems, HVAC flushing, and chemicals sales business; build a robust order pipeline and customer base.
•Initiate customer contact, deliver product demonstrations, and manage sales opportunities through the sales lifecycle.
•Review techno-commercial proposals, prepare sales proposals, present contracts, finalize orders, and create technical submittals (P&ID/BOQ).
•Generate and qualify leads, develop new customers and market opportunities, track competitors, and manage receivables/collection discipline.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5-6+ years of experience in water treatment sales with at least 3 years of design background.
•Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in Chemical Engineering or equivalent diploma.
•Technical application knowledge in reverse osmosis, sewage treatment, industrial water treatment, dosing systems, and chemical sales.
•Experience designing water treatment systems and preparing techno-commercial proposals and sales proposals.
•Strong communication and proposal-making skills, including lead generation and competitive/data trend analysis.
