Lead a Montessori campus in Dallas by developing and executing a strategic plan to grow enrollment, build a mission-driven culture, and strengthen the community among staff, parents, and children. Ensure each classroom delivers an exceptional educational experience, meet profitability and budget targets, and partner with the Assistant Head of School on enrollment goals. Hire, support, develop, and manage teaching staff.
