Join the Legal team to handle contracts and advisory work across Razorpay’s fintech business. Key Responsibilities

•Provide advisory and legal support across the organization on contracts and arrangements.
•Draft and negotiate corporate and product advisory agreements, including IT contracts.
•Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support business needs and protect company interests.
•Conduct legal research and analysis, including assessing legal aspects of new fintech product ideas.
•Maintain legal expense tracking and periodically update MIS trackers for ongoing matters.

Key Requirements

•2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm, fintech, bank, or MNC, with a preference for a mix of law firm and in-house work.
•A law degree (LL.B) from a reputed law school.
•Strong English communication and drafting skills, with end-to-end accountability for assigned matters.
•Demonstrated experience in laws related to RBI and fintech (including laws applicable to a TPAP), plus employment laws, digital lending, and intellectual property.
•Ability to independently coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and provide timely support on regulatory projects.
