Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize planning, cost, and risk integration to meet work plan scope, budget, and schedule constraints.
  • •Ensure the established planning and scheduling methodology is followed to develop and maintain the project schedule.
  • •Develop milestone and progress tracking baselines and contribute to the Work Breakdown Structure for performance measurement.
  • •Assess subcontractor compliance and ensure contractor schedule compliance with integrated schedules/milestones.
  • •Lead schedule reporting, forecasting updates, schedule contingency management, and communicate schedule insights to the Project Director and team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 1,200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field (graduate degree preferred).
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant construction scheduling experience.
  • •Experience in complex, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments with proactive coordination.
  • •Practical exposure to network planning structures; experienced user of Primavera Project Planner 6.0 (or above) and Microsoft Project.
  • •Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
