Key Responsibilities

  • •Onsite with customers to understand critical questions and pain points, then translate findings into actionable solutions.
  • •Identify datasets and datasets sources through deep engagement with customer problems, collaborating with engineers to build robust pipelines.
  • •Co-create bespoke workflows for new user groups and ensure adoption through hands-on training and demonstrations.
  • •Lead training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer to users across levels, from analysts to executives.
  • •Present results, proposals, and roadmaps to stakeholders and influence cross-functional product offerings.
Travel: High travel

  • •Onsite collaboration with customer analysts and stakeholders to understand critical questions and pain points
  • •Identify relevant datasets through engagement with customer problems and workflows, and partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into pipelines
  • •Build bespoke workflows for new user groups in collaboration with customers
