Job Summary

Build and lead a portfolio of complex commercial clients in the Moses Lake Commercial Banking Center, combining strategic business development with long-term relationship management. Drive revenue growth for C&I and Agricultural opportunities, structure and negotiate loan terms, and deliver comprehensive credit analyses and lending recommendations. Maintain compliance through ongoing credit reviews, monitor portfolio risk, and represent the bank locally. Mentor and coach less experienced relationship managers while partnering with support teams.

•Proven ability to develop and manage large, complex client relationships.
•Ag experience is highly preferred.
