Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly supervise and manage material storage site(s) activity on WSP projects providing SCM and/or material management services.
  • •Ensure 3C’s (Care, Custody, and Control) are maintained over safeguarded material.
  • •Perform supply chain tasks including material/services procurement, production planning, inventory control, outsourcing, vendor selection, and distribution.
  • •Coordinate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers.
  • •Conduct transportation and inventory analysis, including physical inventory counts and reconciliation with inventory records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • •3-5 years quantifiable experience in Project Management.

  • •Experience in a management role, managing and fostering development of assigned personnel.
  • •Extremely proficient in the Office 365 suite, with an emphasis on Excel; advanced Excel knowledge beneficial.
