  • •Own and deliver Tanagra’s retail strategy, annual business plan, budgets, and commercial targets.
  • •Lead overall retail performance across sales, profitability, margin, and key financial KPIs.
  • •Shape the retail network by identifying opportunities for growth, optimization, new openings, renovations, and portfolio development.
  • •Partner with brand principals and key stakeholders to drive sustainable growth across the region.
  • •Lead and develop high-performing retail leadership teams, building succession and talent pipelines while using customer, competitor, and market insights to drive action plans.
