Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee accurate receipt, verification, storage, preservation, and labeling of engineering materials, spare parts, consumables, and tools, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and ERP transactions.
  • •Control material issues and returns by managing stock and non-stock transactions, gate pass documentation, and records for repairable, reusable, warranty, sample, obsolete, and scrap materials.
  • •Maintain fuel inventory records, including receipt, storage, issuance, reconciliation, and daily transaction reporting in compliance with statutory and safety requirements.
  • •Ensure timely, accurate recording of inventory transactions in the ERP system and maintain stores documentation for policy and audit compliance.
  • •Comply with QHSE and supply chain security requirements, including safe storage/handling/housekeeping and hazardous waste records, plus participation in inspections, audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in any discipline, preferably with a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
  • •Certification or training in Materials Management, Inventory Management or Stores Management is an added advantage.
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in engineering stores, warehouse or inventory management in a port, manufacturing, heavy engineering, logistics or industrial environment.
  • •Hands-on experience with ERP-based inventory management systems (Maximo, Oracle Fusion, SAP, Fusion or equivalent).
  • •Experience handling engineering spare parts, consumables, and fuel for maintenance operations.
