Key Requirements

  • •Have owned large, impactful backend projects end-to-end, from technical design through production, and be accountable for reliability, availability, and security.
  • •Strong backend fundamentals and proficiency in your primary language (mainly Java/Spring Boot).
  • •Solid grasp of distributed-systems concepts such as asynchronous communication and event streaming.
  • •Write well-tested, high-quality code and design systems with a long-term view to scale and iterate.
  • •Hands-on experience with at least one of Kafka, stream processing, or high-throughput low-latency services.
