Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical, managerial and financial support to Principal Consultants and Associate Directors.
  • •Mentor and guide junior staff to enhance their technical skills and professional development.
  • •Help prepare scope and fee estimates for new projects, and support delivery to budget while meeting KPIs.
  • •Safeguard ethical, safe and secure operations in all work.
  • •Support client contact and liaison, delivering clear communications and execution on project outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Technically lead pedestrian modelling projects, including developing models, calibration and validation, and producing technical reports and presentations.
  • •Strong experience using pedestrian modelling software such as Legion or Viswalk.
  • •Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent working knowledge of MS Office tools, and ability to handle complex modelling issues.
  • •Experience delivering transport modelling projects covering the needs of relevant transport users, with familiarity with guidance such as NR SCAG and TfL BP guidance and the Green Guide.
  • •Relevant BSc/MSc/BEng in Civil Engineering or Transport planning, plus supervision experience supporting junior staff.
