•Oversee architecture, design, and technical strategy for complex microservices systems across multiple teams.

•Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence and high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
•Promote the adoption of AI-powered tools to accelerate development cycles and improve output quality.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of backend engineering experience with microservices and distributed event-driven architectures
•Expert-level proficiency in Go or JVM languages
•Proven track record making architectural decisions for large-scale distributed systems
•Advanced experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures at scale
•Extensive experience building event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS, etc.
