Job Summary

Lead the design and deployment of enterprise AI and GenAI solutions across Truist Protection Services. Partner with executives, product managers, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable, production-ready AI applications using LLMs, agentic frameworks, and applied ML. You’ll architect AI platforms, operationalize AI agents, oversee experimentation and performance, and establish secure, ethical AI governance and engineering patterns that accelerate adoption across lines of business.

•Drive innovation by contributing to intellectual property and advancing internal AI capabilities.
