Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, design, and develop technical solutions and alternatives that meet business requirements in line with Mastercard standards and best practices.
  • •Lead day-to-day system development and maintenance to meet SLAs, improving innovation, quality, cost effectiveness, and time to market.
  • •Own the full systems development life cycle, including requirements/use cases, detailed test strategy and design, performance benchmarking, release and deployment plans, feasibility studies, estimates, and contingency/back-out plans.
  • •Manage production incident problem management, perform root-cause remediation, support on-call pager schedules, and maintain solution and technology roadmaps.
  • •Research and evaluate new technologies, run PoCs, coordinate offshore development, provide technical training, and ensure QA/QC and security reviews across SDLC phases.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • •Experience delivering secure solutions in the Financial Services sector (preferred).
  • •Broad understanding of software engineering concepts and methodologies.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Strong communication, relationship, collaborative, and organizational skills.
